- Responsible for corporate secretarial work.
- Assist in supervising daily operations of theorganization.
- Ensure office tasks includingscheduling, correspondence, and reporting are handledefficiently.
- Provide support to expatriates,including but not limited to, coordinating relocation, assistingwith local registration procedures, and helping to familiarize themwith local customs and practices.
- Manageoffice and showroom facilities to ensure a safe and comfortablework environment.
- Oversee vendor contracts andconduct negotiations to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in organising company events orconferences.
- Consider and promote activitiesto improve business operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrationor relevant field.
- Knowledge in business lawwould be an added advantage.
- At least 5 yearsexperience in an administrative role, preferably min. 1year in amanagerial position.
- Experience in managingand supporting expatriates.
- Excellentorganizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basicaccounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Officefor creating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Team player with leadership skills.
