Toprovide and assist in management & financialreporting.

Major Duties &Responsibilities

(A) Specific:

• Ensure timely, accurate month-endclosing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP& AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.).
• Ensure reporting integrity and compliance withFRS.
• Review and analyse monthly financialperformances and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like externalauditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax andgovernment authorities where required
• Supportforecasting and budgeting exercise.
• Review andanalyse actual, forecast and budget.
• Supportand ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, taxfiling requirement (GST/CIT), audits, procedures and forms bothstatutory and internal.
• Assist in newprocesses and system implementation when required.

(B) General :

• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
• Otherduties as assigned.

(C)Safety:

• Be aware of Occupationalhealth and Safety Policy.
• Follow the Companysafety procedures, rules and regulations.
• Eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

JobRequirements

(A) Education,Qualifications & Special Training:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy, ACCA / CPA /CA.
• Job holder without the above qualificationbut with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills:

• Good knowledge on Financial ReportingStandards (FRS).
• Possess strong analyticalskills.
• Proactive, committed and good teamplayer with effective inter-personal skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

(C)Experience:

• Minimum 3 yearsfinancial related experiences.
• Preferably withexperience in construction industry.
