Job Description
Statement OfPurpose (Overall Purpose of Job)
Handling daily operational tasks of theorganization.
Major Duties &Responsibilities
(A) Specific:
- Handle full set of account andprepare monthly management report on time.
- Review the work of accounts assistant and provideguidance for them.
- Manage the company cashflow by monitoring on the account receivable collection andliaising with the customers.
- Preparation ofbudget forecast for the company.
- Ensure thatall the statutory and tax requirements for the company are met byliaising with various external parties such as auditors and taxagent.
(B) General :
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
- Other duties as assigned.
(C) Safety:
- Follow thesafety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reducehazard at the work place.
Job Requirements
(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training:
- Diploma in Accounting
(B) Knowledge & Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft office and goodcommunication skill.
- Proactive, committed andgood team plater with effective inter-personal skills.
(C ) Experience :
- Minimum 2 years financial related experience.
