JobResponsibilities

• Providinga warm and friendly greeting to customers, taking their orders, andserving food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpfulattitude. 
• Providing genuinerecommendations to guests based on your knowledge of our food andbeverage.
• Efficiently entering orders into apoint-of-sale system and accepting payments using a credit cardreader or cash register. You will be responsible for calculatingchange accurately and swiftly.
• Collaboratingwith the kitchen team to prepare various food items. You willfollow cooking instructions, adhere to safety procedures, andmaintain sanitary standards.
• Ensuring thecleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includesclearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping andmopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchenutensils.
• Maintaining effective communicationwith team members andmanagement. 
• Handling guests' concerns andcomplaints in a professional and composed manner, resolvingproblems in accordance with outletpolicies.
• Upholding a neat and presentableappearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the designatedcorporate dress code.
• Assisting fellow serversas needed during various situations.
• Expressinggratitude to each guest for their visit and inviting them toreturn.
• Completing any other task assigned toyou .
