Job Description

The Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, StudentsDevelopment, will develop, plan, review and execute initiatives aswell as manage operations in the Students Office to provide highquality of service to the students and seamlessly align withNTU2025 plan. This role will support the planning, development andmanagement of students functions in terms of Admission, Enrolmentmarketing, Outreach, Alumni engagement, Student clubs andleadership development, Student Life network and well-being,Faculty-student bonding as well as Student Creativity andInnovation.

Your key responsibilitiesinclude (but not limitedto):
  • Manage and execute thefull spectrum of student admissionprocess
  • Strategically develop, plan and reviewstudent admission process
  • Perform dataanalytics for development and implementation of data-drivenoutreach and admissions strategies
  • Developdecision metric for admissioninterview
  • Collaborate and coordinate withvarious NTU office for alignment in admission strategies andimplementation plans
  • Devise and lead long-termcampaign for school publicity, digital content development for theMAE website including on StudentAchievement
  • Curate interesting and impactfulstories for website, social media, etc. and develop publicationsthat will appeal to prospective students and enhance brandawareness
  • Plan and organize flagship eventssuch as NTU Open House, MAE High Tea, MAE Industry Day, MAE SportsFestival and other student-centricevents
  • Develop school visits programs for localand international visitors
  • Support andcoordinate outreach events (virtual and physical) within school andwith College of Engineering
  • Initiate, manageand execute alumni events
  • Manage alumni data,prepare emails and materials to share withalumni
  • Oversee functions and responsibilitiesof support staff
  • Allocate tasks to appropriatestaff with the right skills
  • Brief and monitorprogress of delegated tasks, coaching new skills to the supportstaff to cope with the changes
  • Ensure allactivities and operations carried out in the unit are in line withNTU'sguidelines


Requirements
  • Arecognized university degree, preferably in a related field ofstudy
  • Strong verbal and written communicationskills
  • Able to analyze, interpret and evaluateresults and create reports and/orpresentations
  • Able to redesign processes toachieve better and more efficient workperformance
  • Possess digital marketingknowledge, event organizing skills, office document processingskills, presentation skills
  • Preferably with atleast 5 years of work experience in the universityenvironment
