We are looking for a diligent Telemarketing Sales Executive to join us in our growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Sodainmind's products and services
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
• Meet weekly and monthly call and sales targets
• Bonus will be awarded for exceeding sales target
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in product offerings
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends
• Accurately record customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not required
• High level of computer literacy
