Telemarketing Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a diligent Telemarketing Sales Executive to join us in our growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Sodainmind's products and services
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet weekly and monthly call and sales targets
- Bonus will be awarded for exceeding sales target
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in product offerings
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market trends
- Accurately record customer interactions and update customer information in our CRM system
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not required
- High level of computer literacy
