Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Registration
  • Appointment booking for patients
  • Frontline counter duties
  • Call centre scope
  • Data Entry
  • Answering phone calls, emails & faxes
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec/ Diploma in any field of study
  • Entry level - no related exp needed, training provided !!
  • Open to work 2 or 3 shift preferred
