About the Team:

TheTikTok Fundamental team will focus on frontend development. We willalso focus on understanding our users, identifying opportunityareas, prioritizing the problems we must solve, and rapidlycreating innovative user experience solutions. We are looking forexperienced frontend engineers to develop web/hybridapplications.

1. To develop user-interfaces forTikTok Live on PC/ Mobile Devices, including Middle platform,Operating platform, Products for users, Events with Multi-scalesand etc.

2. To develop infrastructures such asengineering solutions that will be supporting TikTok Live'sbusiness and productivity tools andplatforms.

3. Create the ultimate userexperience and support the growth and development of the TikTokLive Ecosystem with high-quality design andcoding.

4. Explore and implement efficientcollaboration methods to enhance the efficiency of remote andcross-regional communication and support the iteration of ourbusiness.

Qualifications

1.Solid front-end programming skills with experience in solvingbrowser compatibility issues and optimizing front-endperformance.

2. Understand front-end engineeringand component development, having a certain design skill set andfamiliar with at least one MV* framework.

3.Having excellent service awareness, learning ability, communicationand collaboration ability and english language skill to use incommunication and collaboration.

4. Good to haveexperience in multi-end (Native/PC/Server)development.

5. Good to have experience inparticipating or leading large-scale projects and open sourceprojects.

6. Good to have experience in writingtech articles or tech blogs.

PreferredQualification

Minimum 3 years relevant workexperience from a large-scale internetbusiness
