Job Description

Make an Impactby

To assist VendorManager in timely planning, preparation, execution and managementof tenders to support operation and project needs in both OPEX andCAPEX (involving builders and MEP works).
Toassist in managing project procurement process, ensuring that allstages including pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis (PriceComparison), selection, management approval paper and contractpreparation are performed effectively
Toassist in preparation of tender documentation andadministration.
Perform cost benchmarking,life cycle costing and/or total cost of ownershipcomputation.
Responsible for contractdocumentation and administration (including to obtain PerformanceBonds, Bankers Guarantees and any other forms ofinsurances).
To assist in proper management ofpost-contract cost variances and change controlprocesses
To assist in liaising with theservice users to resolve any commercial, change orders, costvariation and contract issues
To assist VendorManager in the end-to-end procurementprocess

Nitec/Diplomaholder
Tender document preparation andexecution
Request for Quotation and quotationanalysis
Technical knowledge and experience inprocurement or Quantity Surveying duties
Contracting and contract management
Cost Management
Proficiency in MSOffice tools
