The Regional Policy and Risk Team(RPnR) is part of the global Monetization Integrity team whoensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewingadvertisements.

Responsibilities:

-Act as an independent touch point for risk control advisors whosupport integrity teams performing risk assessments, advising teamson risk management, and risk strategies.

-Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, andpolicies at scale to reduce risk;

- Develop andtrack risk KPIs across teams; work to ensure alignment of multiplestakeholders across Product, Policy, Engineering, Strategy, andSales; work together to implement solutions;

1.Become an expert in TikTok Ads infrastructure, policies, products,tools, systems, and data;

2. Serve as primarypoint of contact to provide ad-hoc and regular risk investigationssupport to stakeholders in Ads Policy and Productteams.

- Lead program managementinitiatives

- Manage risk mitigation programsand projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with businessobjectives

- Develop detailed project plans,timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful programexecution

- Coordinate with cross-functionalteams to implement and monitor risk managementinitiatives

- Foster strong relationships withinternal stakeholders, ensuring their input and support for riskmitigationinitiatives

Qualifications

Minimumrequirements:

- Bachelor's degree in anyfield

- 3-5 years of risk investigations andoperational experience, preferably in online operations, trust& safety, consulting, business analytics, or intelligenceresearch environment

- Experience conductingcomplex analyses and translating the results intorecommendations

- Experience in and/ordemonstrable knowledge of domains such as risk, payments,ecommerce, information security, and/or onlineadvertising

PreferredQualifications:

- Strong and demonstrablesystems thinking skills

- Strong projectmanagement skills with a track record of managing complex,cross-functional projects.

- Experience with SQLor Python preferred

- Ability to communicate andinfluence across teams and regions; ability to find win-winsolutions that meet the objectives of cross-functional partnerswhile reducing risk
