Reporting to the CFO, you will work in close partnership withAlexandra Hospital (AH) leadership team and department heads astrusted advisor for all financial matters. You will lead the AHFinance team in the formulation of financial plans (budgets andprojections) and management reports, drive financial modelling andcost analytics to provide insights and make recommendation to meetstrategic and fiscal sustainabilityobjectives.

You will ensure that statutoryreporting and financial audit deliverables are met, and to partnerwith cross-functional Risk teams to establish a robust andeffective internal control framework in AH.

Youwill also be part of the Finance work group to plan, organize andimplement the necessary set-up activities as AH transition to itsredeveloped campus and scale in year 2028.

JobResponsibilities*

You will be responsible forthe following:

• Lead the Finance team in the monthly and year end closefinancial reporting, statutory audit and complianceresponsibility.
• Lead and drive efficient andeffective annual budget and projection activities with all keystakeholders, provide insightful analysis and recommendation toguide senior management teams to make informed decision making tooperationalise AH strategies.
• Conduct regularprocess review and simplification to the budget and accountingclose processes, as well as reporting activities to achieve bothFinance operational excellence and quality goals.
• Maintain oversight and management ofsubvention/capitation funding matters of AH, and partner with AHstakeholders to prepare effective case proposition and fundingapproval requests or its refinement, to address or alleviate AH'ssustainability concerns.
• Maintain oversightand carry out periodic reviews on the AH financial risk register,and to partner with Risk teams to ensure effective internalcontrols and governance framework are in place in AH.
• Assist or lead in ad-hocprojects.

Requirements*

• Degree in relevant Business orFinance disciplines
• Minimum 15 years ofrelevant work experience with at least 8 years in a supervisory ormanagement role.
• Relevant working experiencein healthcare, with knowledge in health finance and economics ispreferred, and experience in digital transformation or digitalapplication in business finance is an advantage
• Strong people management skills and track record indeveloping and leading effective teams through change management,and/or new set-up or reorganisation
• Strongbusiness partnering skills and experience with cross-functionalteams, senior management and stakeholders engagement
• Possess agile mindset, confidence in managing ambiguity,and excellent financial modelling and data visualizingskills
• Possess in-depth financial knowledgeacross financial accounting, planning and analytics as well asenterprise risk management
• Proficiency in SAP(FI-CO, MM) or S4/HANA, MS Office applications and datavisualization tools
