Collaborativelyenhance internal controls for South East Asia regionalrepresentative of the company in Japan, and its group companiesacross Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and other locations.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate Internal Control of theGroup Companies:

• Perform work process evaluations throughaudits.
• Plan the audit scope andschedule.
• Organize and coordinate meetingswith auditees.
• Evaluate work processes andtheir status by checking evidence and conducting interviewsonline/on-site.
• Steer activities and monitorprogress to meet audit goals.
• Detect findingswith rational reasonings.
• Document auditreports, finding memos, and working papers in accordance with auditdeliverable requirements.

2. Support Improvement Activities of theGroup Companies:

• Suggest remedy plans for improvement on the detectedfindings.
• Support remedy actions closely andcollaboratively with auditees.
• Monitor remedyprogress and provide advice and consultation.

3. Suggest and SupportImprovement for Organizational InternalControl:

• Work withback-office departments to provide solutions for internalcontrol-related issues.
• Discuss matters withrelevant stakeholders cross-functionally.

4. Support Activities Led by Headquarters inJapan:

• Support J-SOXactivities for group companies in Southeast Asia.
• Coordinate with internal auditors in Japan and externalauditors.

5.Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform additional tasks, including ad-hoc and unplannedactivities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevantfield.
• At least 3 years of experience ininternal/external audit and/or internal controlpromotion.
• Experience in manufacturing is aplus.
• Good knowledge of internal control,auditing techniques, accounting procedures, etc., with a continuouslearning attitude.
• Professional attitudeemphasizing objectivity, fairness, integrity, andethics.
• Excellent organizational andinterpersonal communication skills to interact effectively withmulti-cultural stakeholders at all levels.
• Good verbal and written communication in English(Japanese proficiency is a plus, we seek Japanese-speakingcandidates who are required to serve Japanese-speaking clients andcollaborate with management).
• Proficiency inMS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability in data analysis (Excel), logical thinking,multi-tasking, and high attention to detail.
• Skills in project/task management, leadership, andteamwork.
• Proactive work attitude with a highlevel of commitment and initiative.

PreferredRequirements:

• Holderof certifications related to internal audit/internal control (e.g.,CPA, CIA, CFE).
• Work experience in Japanesecompanies and/or willingness to understand Japaneseculture.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
