As a Customer Engineer,you will partner with technical business teams as a subject matterexpert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) todifferentiate Google Cloud to the customers. You will helpprospective and existing customers and partners understand thepower of Google Cloud, develop creative cloud solutions andarchitectures to solve their business tests, engage in proofs ofconcepts, and troubleshoot any technical questions and roadblocks.You will use your expertise and presentation skills to engage withcustomers to understand their business and technical requirements,and persuasively present practical and useful solutions on GoogleCloud. You will partner with internal engineering stakeholders toimprove products and build solutions, optimize for results when inproduction and identify innovative ways to multiply the impact ofthe team as awhole.

• Work with the team to identify and qualify businessopportunities, understand key customer technical objections, anddevelop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Share in-depth AI/ML expertise to support the technicalrelationship with customers, including technology advocacy,supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings,proof-of-concept work, and Partner directly with product managementto prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to GoogleCloud.
• Work directly with Google Cloudproducts to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer andpartner environments.
• Recommend integrationstrategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and applicationinfrastructure required to successfully implement a completesolution on Google Cloud.
• Travel to customersites, conferences, and other related events and act as a publicadvocate for GoogleCloud.

Minimumqualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practicalexperience.
• 6 years of experience with cloudnative architecture in a customer-facing or supportrole.
• Experience in pre-sales and consulting,delivering technical presentations, and leading discovery andplanning sessions with customers with defined scope and successcriteria.
• Experience with frameworks for deeplearning (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jax, Ray, etc.) and usingmachine learningAPIs.

Preferredqualifications

• Experience in building and deploying data and MachineLearning (ML) pipelines with a focus on automation.
• Experience in building machine learning solutions andleveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g. deeplearning, LSTM, convolutional networks, etc).
• Experience in understanding customer's existing softwareworkloads, and the ability to define a technical migration roadmapto the cloud reflecting specific customer needs.
• Experience with prompt tuning and delivering successfulprototypes.
