Are you passionate about delivering top-notch, flawless software that delights users and exceeds expectations? We are looking for a proactive QA Engineer to ensure our products run seamlessly and meet the highest quality standards.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10am – 7pm) (hybrid working arrangement)

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $4,000 (with VB and AWS)

Job Description:

• Be the Quality Gatekeeper: Review system requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to ensure the team is set up for success from the start.
• Craft Bulletproof Test Plans: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases that cover all possible scenarios.
• Drive Testing Excellence: Prioritize, plan, and execute tests, while designing automation scripts to streamline processes using state-of-the-art testing tools.
• Hunt Down Bugs: Identify, document, and track bugs meticulously—and be the hero who ensures they are fixed.
• Regression Testing Champion: Lead thorough regression tests to confirm everything works perfectly after fixes.
• Data-Driven Quality: Track and analyze quality metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts to continuously improve our testing process.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with the development and project management teams to make sure our testing efforts contribute to smooth SIT/UAT cycles.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest testing tools and strategies to ensure our testing processes are always top-notch.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Tech stack: Java, Junit
