Part-time Happy Service Crew (Day/Night Shifts)

We’re looking for friendly and passionate individuals to join our team as Part-Time Service Crew, spreading happiness one sweet treat at a time! Your Role

As part of our Happy Service Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while working in a fun and vibrant environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Customer Service: Take and serve customer orders with a consistent and excellent level of service.
• POS Operations: Assist customers with payments and accurately record transactions in the POS system.
• Table Setup: Arrange tables according to customers' preferences or requests.
• Customer Satisfaction: Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at your workstations and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Menu Knowledge: Answer customer inquiries about menu selections and provide recommendations.
• Kitchen Coordination: Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, preparation times, wait times, and product availability.
• Efficiency: Work in a timely and organized manner to ensure smooth service.
• Team Collaboration: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
• Independence: Handle assigned tasks independently with precision and high quality.
• Team Leadership Opportunity: Take the chance to manage a team of part-timers, overseeing their performance and ensuring they report to you effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, passion, and a willingness to learn to our team. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 6 months of related experience in a cake shop or similar capacity is a plus but not mandatory — training and guidance will be provided.
• Education: Diploma or higher qualification, ensuring the ability to articulate and explain the menu clearly to customers.
• Personality: Cheerful, energetic, and highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Skills: Strong communication skills. Meticulous with an eye for detail. Able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
• Learning Mindset: Willing to learn as you go. Open to feedback and takes proactive steps to improve.
• Work Commitment: Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Residency Requirement: Only Singaporeans and PRs can apply.
