Project Application Engineer

Established in 2004 and we provide Test Solutions to all kind industry.

As a growing test equipment manufacturing company, we are constantly expanding our portfolio into more industry area, currently we are looking of unique individual with strong drive and passion to join us as Project Application Engineer. Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior Position.

The main responsibility for this position is to understand the project requirement, work with the team to provide Project Management, application support and proof of concept. Project Application Engineer need to be resourceful and has great initiative to perform application study to ensure robustness of the project concept.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project management and technical development for application solution with respect to customer requirement.

To provide technical proposal for any new RFQ.

To provide pre-BOM for quotation purpose.

To ensure up to date BOM list for all assigned project.

Must be aggressive in solution sourcing in term of project schedule or technical difficulties.

Establish detail technical specification through discussion with project stake holder

Test sample data-sets and support user acceptance tests.

Ensure complete detailed documentation for any of the project in-charged.

To fast react to any problem happen during the development and adopt good trouble shooting skill.

Work closely with development team to ensure the achievement of the process requirement.

To perform proof of concept study to ensure robustness of the original concept or the components/equipment been selected.

To support internal and external BUYOFF , And to be responsible and ensure completion of Factory Acceptance with customer and Site Acceptance buyoff.

Job Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in automation support (circuit & electrical hardware) or process engineering.

Interested in technical development and support.

A team player who is responsible and committed to work in both collaborative environments as well as independently in a scheduled Project driven environment.

Experience in technical support will be an added advantage.

Knowledge in project management will be added advantages.

Ability and willingness to travel.
