We are helping our client to seek an Executive Assistant to support the Investment Partners for a portfolio company of a PE fund

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the Investment Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, conducting research, and preparing reports and presentations. You will also handle phone and email communications, draft correspondence, and manage follow-up. Additionally, you will assist with PA work as needed, including organizing events and managing personal errands.

The ideal candidate will be a multitasker with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. They should have a good understanding of the investment and financial space and be fluent in English. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.
