We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation.Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd is a winner of the ‘2020 HR Asia Best Companies to Work For’ Award.Job Responsibilities:OPEX Actual and REComplete month-end closing steps including making accruals when necessaryPrepare OPEX actual spending report on monthly basis for management reviewPerform analysis on variances between actual and budget to ensure the full year budget is well controlledTrain PO creators to apply the appropriate process for OPEX POCoordinate with different department heads, budget holders to identify risk and opportunity in OPEXProvide financial expertise in the accounting treatments for specific spending such as OPEX vs CAPEX, GR dates vs Payment dates, etc.Provide narratives for Monthly OPEX REPrepare and submit annual planning, monthly RE for OPCAP relevant B/S accounts,Prepare detailed analytical review for anytime that has more than 10% varianceCAPEX Spending and PlanningPrepare monthly CAPEX spending report to track the status of projects under Singapore plantPrepare and submit CAPEX reports required by Corporate Capital Management TeamCoordinate with plant engineering to prepare cash flow forecast for projects under constructionCoordinate with Financial share service, for documentation and timing of capitalizationInitiate all RFAs for Singapore plant orgnizationCreate Projects and WBS elements for using and managing the CAPEX fundingEnsure control and compliance, LCOA related to CAPEX is fully complied without major findings.Assist in managing the asset tagging for Singapore plantLead annual physical fixed asset verificationOrganize quarterly impairment review and follow up with the findingsRegion Standards Opex and FTE (Annual BP)Prepare Key Input Template for Opex and FTE, make changes if needed in the following monthsSupport in financial analysis for Capex annual planningForecast depreciation line based on approved CAPEX budgetAnalysis and narratives as requiredValue Creation and Tier 1 (including Opex, FTE/HC, Inventory Loss, etc)Validation and tracking of the VC savings on a timely basisReport out the Tier 1 metric of the organization on a monthly basis;Internal and External AuditUnderstand the internal control requirement thoroughly;Prepare and update SOX NarrativesMake sure that there is no control deficiencies in the Capex and Opex processes;Requirements:University Degree with accounting qualifications preferred. CA qualification is not mandatory.Strong communication skills in written and spoken EnglishCommunication skill to important business stakeholderWriting analytical review in a professional wayTime management and prioritization skill2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredSkills:Financial Statements; General Ledger; Accounts Payable; Microsoft Office; Global SAP; Financial Accounting; Cost Accounting; ERP Solutions; Tax Legislation; General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Our Purpose and Growth Culture:
