Position: HR Executive

Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our human resources initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to ensure a strong and diverse workforce.
  • Government Policies and Pass Applications: Stay up-to-date with Singapore's employment regulations and effectively handle work pass applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Employment Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives, to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Payroll: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting effective communication, and facilitating employee engagement activities.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a streamlined and efficient HR operation.

Requirements:To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's labor laws, regulations, and work pass application processes.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
