Telemarketer

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement? We're seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our dynamic team at Beez Rev! As a Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products/services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting our products/services.
• Deliver a compelling sales pitch to effectively convey the value of our offerings.
• Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant sales tools.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to adapt to changing scripts and approaches based on customer responses.
