Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Customer Success Executive to join our team and help grow our customer base. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with our partners to identify opportunities with our existing customers and new prospects. If you have a passion for sales, technology and the ability to get people excited about innovative solutions then this is the career for you.

Reporting:

The position will report directly to the team manager.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with callers to share the existing and new schemes

• Understand caller’s challenges and recommend suitable solutions

• Build rapport and strong partnerships by engaging with clients on a regular basis

• Assisting by phone, email and chat

• Use technology tools such as softphone, CRM etc.

Requirements:

• Opportunity to learn and master the latest technology

• Qualifications: No minimum education qualification required

• Experience: helping others and a positive can-do attitude

• Knowledge: Some knowledge of business process outsourcing will be advantaged

• Skills: Ability to learn, be creative and take initiative; a balanced approach towards respect and results; teamwork and communication skills (oral and written)

• Position: Full-time

• Hours: 11:30 - 20:45 (Permanent afternoon shift)

• Hours: 20:30 - 09:15 (Permanent afternoon shift)

• Location: Singapore, Central or West. Work from home option available

• Basic salary: Starting from $2,000, with incentives
