Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Banking and Finance practice in Singapore as a member of our banking and finance team.

The Role

· Drafting of finance documents, corporate authorities, legal opinions and other ancillary financing documents

· Registration and deregistration of charges

· Liasing with foreign counsel in relation to transactional matters

· Liasing with clients in relation to transactional matters

· Conducting due diligence

· Proof-reading and checking of documents.

· Checking and preparation of conditions precedent

· Preparing transaction bibles Assisting the team in consolidating and updating know-how

· Research work

Skills and Experience Required

· Relevant experience in a legal firm is required.

· Good spoken and written skills in English

· Strong knowledge of all Microsoft office packages and research skills

· Good academic record

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a demanding workload and conflicting priorities.

· Takes ownership of tasks and has initiative

· Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks.
