IT / Helpdesk Engineer (POS/Level 1 Support, Central, Office Hours, Up to $4000)

Salary Up to $4000 + AWS

Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Serangoon

Job Scope:

• Ensure the smooth operation of both frontend and backend systems for the retail application by providing Level 1 support.
• Install and configure Point of Sales (POS) systems at stores and offer onsite technical support as required.
• Provide comprehensive support for end users and their PCs, including installation, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of hardware and software.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for computer hardware, such as barcode scanners, printers, notebooks, etc., ensuring prompt issue resolution.
• Providing technical support after office hours when required.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Nitec/Diploma in IT or related principles
• Minimum 2 years' experience in IT helpdesk environment
• With knowledge of computer hardware and software such as MS Office Suite, Adobe Reader, AutoCad, Barcode, etc.
• With experiences in Windows systems (Windows10 or 11, Office365 Email, Antivirus software, Microsoft Office)
