Roles & Responsibilities

This is a Japanese Accounting and Tax Firm, mainly supports Japanese companies in their business development in Singapore by providing accounting and taxation services.

Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for full spectrum of financial accounting of the Group which include but not limited to:

• Review accounting entries done by accounts executive/assistant
• Responsible for group management reports and financial analysis
• Automation of accounting workflow
• Review of payments
• Accounts receivables management/collection
• Work with auditors for year-end closing
• Review/Preparation of financial statements and XBRL
• Review GST filing
• Review/Preparation of tax computation
• Assist in annual budgeting process

2) Payroll work including:

• Review/Computation of staff salary of Group
• CPF submission
• Review/Preparation of Form IR8A, AIS, Appendix 8A
• Payments

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
• Self-motivated and meticulous.
• Shows proactiveness in work and guidance of junior staff.
• Japanese language skill would be an advantage for communication to colleagues and stakeholders

· Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm

· Working Location: Robinson Road (1-min walk from Raffles Place MRT)

· Salary: SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,500 + AWS+VB

· Annual Leave: 14 days +1day/ year, Max 21 days
