Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Manage daily operations of End User Computing support for both Singapore and remote regional offices.
• Ensure End User Computing aligns with the strategies and goals of the Global team.
• Deliver 1st & 2nd level technical support for Windows and Mobile OS, Office365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.), File and Print, and Active Directory.
• Oversee the complete life cycle of laptop/desktop environments, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Collaborate closely and provide technical assistance to various IT teams.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a diploma or degree in Computer Studies or Information Technology.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and gaining knowledge.
• Possess technical expertise and experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, SCCM, GPO, O365, Azure, Intune, Windows 10, etc.) and networking technologies.
• ITIL certification is advantageous.
• Exhibit prior experience in IT Service Management.
• Showcase a solid technical foundation in MS technologies.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure to ensure continuous service delivery.
• Be a cooperative team player.
• Display excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
