Job Description

To provide Wintel/VMware subject matter expertise and client centric operational support for various VMware and wintel systems.

Automate and simplify various IT tasks and increase the efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration for Wintel and VMware platforms

○ Installation/Configuration/Maintenance of Windows Operating System

○ Installation and Configuration of VMWare platform

○ Advanced Troubleshooting

○ Performance Tuning

○ Provide system administration support for production configuration task

○ L3 Incident/ Problem Management

Key Requirements

• More than 5 years’ experience Banking IT Infrastructure Operations

• Extensive Hands-On experience on Windows Operating System and VMWare platform

• Professional understanding of vSphere networking

Good understanding of large data center facilities operation in maintaining full compliance with IT security and operation

standards

• Highly organized, motivated and able to meet deadlines

• Customer focus and result oriented

• Ability to work under pressure with demanding objectives/timelines

• End of End Service Delivery/Quality Ownership

• Effective communication

• Ability to reflect proactively and take feedback positively

• Strong team player under a diverse workforce cultural backgrounds

• Able to work off hour and weekend support when required
