Responsibilities:

• Should have minimum 5-6 years IT Experience of which at least minimum 3 years in Cognos development.
• Minimum 2 years core Java, JSP, jQuery experience and Basic Knowledge of Spring framework
• Should have strong hold in Business Intelligence and Reporting concepts.
• Should be currently working in Cognos projects.
• Strong Experience in Cognos 10.2, Cognos Analytics tool stack
• Should be well versed in developing Report Studio reports, creating complex reports which includes customized layouts, conditional formatting, dynamic grouping, variable passing, macros, html, etc
• Strong Experience in Meta data modelling & dimensional modelling using Cognos Framework manager
• Strong cognos debugging & performance tuning skills
• Experience in direct reporting from relational databases
• Good knowledge and understanding of DB2 database
• Strong hands on in writing complex sql queries and logics
• e-gov project domain knowledge highly appreciated
• Should be a very good team player and should be an effective mentor
• Should have strong communication and client facing experience
• Should have positive attitude working under aggressive timelines and client expectations
