Responsibilities

• To play a key role in providing inputs to operational considerations related to Temenos platforms in particular T24.
• Translation of business requirements from internal stakeholders in high quality Application design.
• Ensure the completeness of the business requirements and add value by proposing best-in-class solutions.
• Analyze and translate business requirements into documentation, product rules and draft concise and detailed technical and functional solution documents for development.
• Deep understanding of the private banking modules in various payments systems – TPH mandatory.
• Financial product knowledge – FX, Bonds, Structured products.
• Implementation experience of the SWIFT messaging, interfacing patterns, STP processes, order-processing flows.
• Excellent personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks.
• Able to influence and drive projects to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
• Able to translate functional requirements to efficient and fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• To work with the Business users and Product owners for different strategic solutions.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology or related course.
• 5 -7 years of development experience in T24 platforms and provide solutioning expertise to the Dev team.
• Strong understanding of T24 – Payment tool/products.
• Working experience in wealth management and customer self-service platforms.
• Ability to engage stakeholders to elicit business requirements, document the requirements and prepare functional specification documents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong team player with the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.
• Good understanding on tools such as JIRA, confluence etc.

Technical Skills

• Latest T24 release R19+ and exposure to T24 Upgrade processes.
• T24 performance optimization and T24 data Archiving.
• Oracle DB concepts relevant to T24, Linux scripts.
• Experience in T24 Upgrades and data migration best practices.
