Role Responsibilities:

• The candidate is expected to understand end to end business flow and thoroughly familiar with components involved across the Secured Lending business flows.
• Evaluating and leading ongoing reviews of business processes, anticipating requirements, developing optimization strategies, uncovering areas of improvement to implement successful solutions.
• Performing requirements analysis, create the user stories and confirm/align them with the respective stakeholders across business, operations and technology to bring successful deliverables / functions / features.
• Profound knowledge in agile methodology, participate in daily standups and ability to apply the agile principles.
• Ensuring the solutions to meet business requirements and use of agile tools and technologies for the same.
• Working closely with business, product owners and development teams, participate in test case creations for the user stories, ensuring their successful delivery and customer/employee journeys across the project.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas / findings, gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Establish project requirements, prioritizing them based on business needs and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of MVPs in accordance with all risk, architecture and other relevant guidelines across projects
• Proactively seeks understanding of project hours variances and influences timely resolution of the issues liaising with relevant line of business / technology stake holders.
• Assist in SIT, UAT and resolve issues through mediation, negotiation with project team and / or escalation with Matrix / Lead PM knowing when and what to escalate and to whom.
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize issues on the critical path accounting for multiple factors.
• Understands subject matter to facilitate meaningful issue and risk discussions
• Has sufficient understanding, subject matter expertise and preparedness of information to effectively communicate key messages across matrix project teams, IT or Business teams.
• Provides proactive communications to key Stakeholders

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience business analysis in banking domain with at least 3+ years of experience in working agile methodology (Scrum & Kanban), requirements risk and issue management
• 2-3 years’ experience in working in project finance and understand basic finance concepts like CAPEX, OPEX, Depreciation, Ownership etc
• Familiarity with various systems used in banking domain, fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Good stakeholder management and the ability to influence stakeholders, internal tech teams, solution engineers and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Confluence, JIRA, Share point, Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook
