Job Description:

• Provide prompt and efficient technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot email accounts, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues and escalate problems when necessary.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and system security.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and other networking equipment.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of technology and software applications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in IT support and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Information Technology (IT) will have advantage
