Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are a private client practice law firm and we are looking for capable and highly motivated individuals to join us as ADMIN ASSISTANT to support the lawyers and staff.


Responsibilities:

Successful candidate will handle daily legal administrative support duties

  • Preparation of forms and conducting of legal searches
  • Maintain, archive, retrieval of warehouse files
  • Filing, photocopying, binding and scanning of documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails and courier services
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a "O" Level
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels
  • Pleasant disposition and able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Organized and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude
  • No experience needed as training will be provided.
