Job Description

Project Planning, Resourcing, Designing & signing off on contracts. Take the needs and challenges of a client and partner with them to formulate the delivery road map and project plans to support business strategies and goals. Implement / Execute Manage delivery scope, budgets and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project. Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful delivery of projects & their milestones. Oversee project documentation, if any Risk Management & Error log maintenance, as applicable Manage stakeholder relationships. Review Review project progress at regular intervals and generate reports for presenting to external & internal stakeholders as applicable. Optimize processes and resources, as applicable throughout the lifecycle of the project. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Grow / Monitor Indicate growth opportunities, with respect to PMO team or clients, as appropriate. Communicate changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques with the Sales team and plan for upsell, cross sell or SOW updating activities. Measure & Report project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Proactively communicate with clients, arrange and coordinate weekly and ad hoc meetings as needed. Maintain meeting minutes, documentation of action items and follow through on the same. Forecast and mitigate risks as much as possible. Maintain error logs and any other important documentation for reference. Review project progress at regular intervals and generate reports for presenting to external & internal stakeholders as applicable. Key Requirements: Proven project management experience of at least 4 years of total experience in leading end to end IT projects with multiple stakeholders. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Experience planning and managing human, financial, material, and information resources. Must be articulate and possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Problem solving ability. Ability to educate & coach stakeholders on right project management practices. Proven understanding of digital marketing (online advertising, google analytics, email marketing, search engine optimization, etc.) Good to have: Account development experience: creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships that have yielded business opportunity. Masters in business administration / Prince2 certification / PMP certification Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
