Key Responsibilities

• Work as Senior System Analyst in the field of IT Application development, maintenance, delivery and IT infrastructure setup.

• Analyse user (front to back office) requirements and formulate technical design documents.

• Co-ordinate with vendor on specifications, delivery testing, and implementation.

• Implementation of middle and back office systems for Group Global Markets.

• Manage end to end testing for users with vendor to internal Bank’s systems.

• Work with internal Change Control Management for deployment of changes.

• Understand user/stakeholder requirements and formulate technical design documents.

• Work with internal infrastructure and security teams on implementations.

• Prepare and track the outstanding issue list and communicate to key stakeholders.

• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Deliver the project within agreed budget and timeline as per the agreed scope.

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

Key Requirements:

• More than 10 years working experience, with at least 7 years of Application development/Technical analysis and projects/changes implementation experience in the financial industry, direct exposure treasury business is preferred.

• Experience in Managing, Migrating & Implementing Treasury Application across entity.

• Strong technical development background and experience with full project life cycle.

• Understanding of development methodology and experience in writing functional and technical design specifications

• Technical skills required are: Excel, VBA, Excel Macros, Microsoft Access, Java, .NET, Oracle, Linux, Perl and SQL server

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Preference given to candidates with capital markets and vendor-based software delivery experiences

• Setting up of connections to the other Interface Systems, batch processing, IBM MQ

• Migration of Environment including restoration and masking of data

• Experience in tools like Aldon, Control M, Jira, Remedy, Clear case

• Experience in debugging the legacy .NET & java codes to analyse the issues

Preferred Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Market Data/Trading-System integration.

• Good knowledge of treasury products – FX, Rates, Margin Trading, Portia, DVR

• Proven Market Data commercial and contractual knowledge, strong understanding of Market Data vendors and their policies

• Supporting MDS contract analysis and administration

• Experiences in Migrating of applications from one platform to another.

• Windows and Linux Shell Scripting

• Technical understanding of Java, Messaging Queue and .NET

• Understanding of job scheduling tools such as Control-M

• Experience in MS Access based development
