The Role


AMS is partnering with world’s leading investment company to deliver expert support to their global talent acquisition function. If you’re naturally driven by being part of an organization that believes the quality of its people is always the starting point, we would love to hear from you.

The Senior Coordinator will be responsible for partnering with Recruiters across all business units in Asia Pacific to identify suitable candidates who apply via the MyCareersFuture (MCF) portal in Singapore. The Coordinator will act as the main point of contact for all queries regarding Singapore’s Fair Consideration Framework (FCF).


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the client’s approach to hiring in Singapore
  • Become an expert with Singapore’s Fair Consideration Framework - conduct internal training for recruiters and new joiners on a quarterly basis
  • Collecting and posting Job Descriptions and associated information for all open role in Singapore and ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Manpower’s (MoM) guidelines
  • Maintain a tracker of open roles, MCF postings, closing dates, posting deadlines across all legal entities
  • Provide regular updates on roles that are closing/expiring to ensure transparency
  • Screen MCF applicant CVs against role hiring criteria and regularly update their statuses in the portal
  • Conduct initial screening calls with selected MCF applicants
  • Support recruiters in data collection and information submission for new hires requiring an Employment Pass
  • Liaise with the client’s Compensation team to ensure accurate compensation ranges are reflected in job postings
  • Conduct periodic analysis, spot checks, reporting and presentation of data related to the FCF process
  • Support HR Business Partners on all of the above as it relates to internal transfers

What we need from you

  • Detail-oriented, organized, proactive team-player with excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Have a track record of delivering solutions and results to meet the demands of a challenging workload
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to manage and work effectively with the team
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to details and ability to manage reports and trackers
