Finance Officer

• 5 days: Mon-Fri
• 8am to 5.30pm
• $2,500 to $3,000

Main Role as a Finance Officer:

The incumbent will assist the Accountant in all Finance/Accounting Operations within the Company.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare daily sales records and create invoices.
• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions.
• Prepare ad hoc payment process run.
• Support the month-end accounting closing activities and month-end/year-end closing report.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Involve in the preparation of intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist and liaise with various departments in any accounting related issues and queries.
• Perform any ad-hoc accounting/financial tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Possess minimally a Nitec/Higher Nitec in Accounting / LCCI/ CAT or related discipline
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivables
• Competent in MS Office & Excel
• Prior Exposure and knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage
• Training Provided
