Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a market-neutral trading book, predominantly using systematic tools. You will work closely with the Head of Trading to develop new strategies, and tools and manage risk.

This role will suit a committed and ambitious individual – there is a high growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage risk across multiple venues and instruments.

• Work with Quants and Developers to create new trading strategies, whilst improving existing ones.

• Analyse trading data and use statistical and mathematical tools to generate insights and identify patterns and risks in the market.

• Maintain a deep understanding of the market structure and liquidity.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with trading: perpetual futures, order types, and execution algorithms.

• Experience in risk management.

• Strong quantitative and developer skills: statistical analysis, data visualization, and programming.

• Intellectual curiosity, with a highly analytical and logical mindset.
