Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Position title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Reports to: Digital Marketing and Fundraising Manager

Start date: Immediately

Location: Singapore

As part of the Marketing and Fundraising department, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Individual Fundraising, Marketing and Brand team members in the analysis of campaign performances, audience patterns, and identification of insights in order to implement and optimize WWF-Singapore’s digital fundraising and lead generation programs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and donations (including but not limited to email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine marketing).
  • Develop and implement strategies for lead generation through digital channels, including website forms, landing pages, and chatbots.
  • Create high-quality, persuasive, and engaging copy and overall content for all digital marketing materials, including ads, social media posts, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Build landing pages for fundraising and marketing campaigns, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
  • Work together with the Web Developer team to integrate marketing assets (landing pages, APIs, or any potential donor touch points) to be up-to-date and in line with fundraising objectives.
  • Provide the Digital Marketing and Fundraising Manager with data findings to optimize fundraising channels (social media, website, etc.), UI/UX journeys, conversion funnels, campaigns, etc to produce content for WWF’s conservation projects that drive strong call to action.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments, track and measure performance in order to support or disprove assumptions.
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of marketing campaigns to discover actionable insights for campaign strategies across our target audiences and drive marketing decisions through data analysis.
  • Work together with Digital Marketing & Fundraising Manager and HOD to prepare budgets and ROI for online media advertising and expenditure.
  • Work with the Data & Operations team to mine, synthesize, and translate audience data into marketing insights.
  • Stay abreast of best practices and latest trends in social media, digital marketing, web analytics, digital content and campaign management to identify new marketing platforms/opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize WWF fundraising sites as required.

Profile:

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate with Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business
  • Studies in Administration/Management, Marketing, Media, Commerce or equivalent experience
  • Ability to demonstrate practical application of digital marketing expertise to the highest level
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent written English, with experience in copywriting and production of online content
  • Familiar with managing paid social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Display Network.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL will be an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deliver on tight time-frames and good project management skills
