Job Scope

• To provide support to the Assistant Director, Human Resource in Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition and Health & Wellness.
• To assist in the development, design and implementation of employee engagement surveys, action plans and programmes to attract and retain employee.
• To assist in the development, design and implementation of employee engagement health and wellness, rewards and recognition initiatives and programmes to care for the total wellbeing of employees.
• To implement employee engagement surveys, track the progress of action planning and monitor the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and programmes.
• To support initiatives and activities to build corporate culture, live organisation core values and develop organisation as an Employer of Choice.
• To manage organisation’s internal reward and recognition programmes.
• To manage organisation’s application of external and national awards.
• To help develop and support organisation’s strategy and framework for employees to achieve total workplace safety, health and wellness.
• To plan and conduct employee health screening and monitor employee health indicators.
• To support the Total Workplace Safety and Health Steering Committee
• To support organisation’s Peer Support Programme to support workplace mental health.
• To support the formation and functioning of the employee health & wellness committee.
• To plan and manage organisation’s employee health & wellness calendar of events.
• To monitor participation rates and effectiveness of safety, health & wellness activities.
• To formulate and monitor the budget for engagement, rewards and recognition and health and wellness programmes.
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirement

• Min Degree in Human Resource Management
• Prior HR exp would be an advantage!
