Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

You are required to manage all learning administrative tasks which includes supporting all learning strategies that required excellent planning, thorough execution and translate all learning roadmap into sustainable processes. You are also required to support all external stake holders in implementing exclusive learning plans to their segmentized audiences.


The Job

· Plan, execute, manage and facilitate holistic course management, tracking and segmentisation through Learning Management System independently.

· Partner with varies sections in the department in launching all learning strategies to agency leaders.

· Manage all courses and training administration, registrations and updating of training hours into the database for distribution partners.

· Provide sound recommendations to all representatives on Continual Professional Development (CPD) hours, course registrations and other course requirements as per our SLA and SOP.

· Manage e-learning UAT and partner with program directors for launches of new courses and refreshers to various channel support.

· Maintain reasonable levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.

· Ensure completion of mandatory modules by tracking and communicating completion status to stakeholders.

· Partner with Section head in development of future learning systems, perform User acceptance test on system enhancements and upgrades, and assist in launching of new course module/system.

· Provide sound advices and solutions to Financial Planners on learning related queries.

· Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.

· Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

· Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.


Our Requirements

· Degree holder in any discipline

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);

· Meticulous, systematic, able to work well independently and as a team

· Able to assist to train and develop co-workers on familiar tasks

· Open to feedback and demonstrates sincerity in interactions with various stakeholders

· Accountable for own job responsibility and deadlines

· Meets customer’s needs and handles service challenges with positive attitude

· Able to make decisions of a simple and routine nature to achieve intended goals given information and guidelines

· Able to work in the best interests of the team

· Respect risks and compliance parameters while embracing improvements and changes

· Able to work collaboratively and effectively with others to contribute to group efforts to achieve identified objectives.

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

· CMFAS qualification (M5, M9, M9A and HI), AFP or AFC professional qualification would be a plus

· High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

· Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
