Job Description:

• OutSystems - Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Application Development: Utilize the OutSystems platform to create, customize, and enhance web and mobile applications according to project requirements. This involves building user interfaces, logic flows, data models and integrating backend systems.
2. Coding and Configuration: Write clean, efficient and maintainable code in OutSystems. Configure components, modules, and integrations as needed to achieve desired functionalities.
3. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of the applicants to identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and ensure overall software quality. Perform debugging and troubleshooting where when problem arises.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, including business stakeholders, UX designers, and other developers, to understand requirements and provide technical expertise. Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions.
5. Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize applicant performance and enhance user experience through code improvements and platform-specific features.
6. Documentation: Document the application design, architecture, and technical specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
7. Integration: Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems and APIs to enable data exchange and smooth interoperability.
8. Security and Compliance: Ensure that applications adhere to security best practices and meet relevant security standards, such as data protection and regulations and industry-specific requirements.
9. Service Level Agreement: Ensure that all service level agreements are met to ensure smooth operations of business.
10. Administration: Effectively use Service Center & Lifetime tools to manage User Accounts, troubleshoot and deploy applications across environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and front-end frameworks.
• Familiar with database design and SQL for data modeling and manipulation
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience on OutSystems Platform is a plus.
• OutSystems certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
