Today, Motherswork is a leading premium omni-channel business in Singapore and China. We carry more than 300 brands and our products are available through Motherswork retail stores, e-stores, department stores, online platforms like Lazada, Shopee, Redmart & Tmall etc.

We are looking for an energetic digital executive to join our team. This position will support our brand website, www.motherswork.com.sg and will work closely across digital operations, merchandising, and online marketing campaigns to deliver seamless online consumer experience and achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

· Oversee & optimise the day-to-day e-commerce performance & operations.

· Responsible for web mastering for online platforms which includes setting up promotions, web banners and any online related activations.

· Assist with the development of online marketing materials, including banners, email copywriting and publish engaging content

· Assist with the development of online trade promotions and execution.

· Manage inventory for online channels, promotional mechanism (bundles creation, discounts activation, vouchers etc.).

· Design and execute campaigns to drive sales through digital marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, Facebook advertising, email marketing, or search engine marketing (SEM)

· Leverage on marketing automation tools to implement email lead generation and nurturing programs to drive engagement, traffics and conversions.

· Other related duties

Requirements

· Min 2 year relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

· Familiarity with Shopify

· Proficient in Excel, knowledge in Adobe Photoshop an added advantage

· Strong analytical and communication skills.

· Hands-on, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Basic salary + commission
