Associate HR Executive

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor confirmation and contract renewals of staff
  • Oversee all administration pertaining to foreign staff (renewal & cancellation of work passes, security bonds, upgrading, renewal of contracts, etc.)
  • Support full HR functions including employees onboarding/ offboarding and special projects
  • Maintainence of various HR dashboards
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties / projects by superiors from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related with at least 2 years working experience in Human Resource function
  • Work experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of prevailing local employment legislation
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and willingness to multi task
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in HR system (preferably Prosoft System) will be an added advantage
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
