Order Processing Admin

• To accurately enter and process digital orders into system

• To verify order information, shipping details, and inventory availability

• To maintain organised records and documentation of processed orders

• To perform other administrative tasks as assigned

 

Order Fulfilment Admin

• To monitor and manage digital warehouse inventory levels

• To track and prioritise customer orders to ensure on-time fulfilment

• To prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines

• To coordinate with delivery team

 

Working Duration & Shift Hours:
 

• BRAVO Shift: [Processing]: 11 to 19 Nov, 9am to 5:30pm (Break 1hr) OR

                         [Processing]: 11 to 19 Nov & 24 to 28 Nov, 9am to 5:30pm (Break 1hr) OR

                          [Fulfilment]: 11 to 22 Nov & 24 to 29 Nov, 9am to 5:30pm (Break 1hr)

           

• CHARLIE Shift: [Processing]: *12am to 5am on 11.11 only, 11-19 Nov & 24-28 Nov, 6pm to 2am (Break 1hr) OR

                            [Fulfilment]: 11 to 22 Nov & 24 to 29 Nov, 6pm to 2am (Break 1hr)

Pay rate:

• BRAVO Shift: Fixed rate: $12/hr

• CHARLIE Shift: Fixed rate: $12/hr + $10 Meal Allowance

Completion Bonus: $100* T&C applies
