Job Summary:
As an Event Driver at THEFUNEVENTS PTE. LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our various events by efficiently delivering event equipment, supplies, and props to the designated locations. You will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods, maintaining the quality of the items, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position with a work schedule of 40+ hours per week.

Responsibilities:
1. Delivery Services:
- Safely transport event equipment, supplies, and props to designated locations within Singapore.
- Load and unload items onto the vehicle, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage.
- Use GPS and navigation tools effectively to reach destinations in a timely manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately recorded and in compliance with company procedures.
- Regularly inspect the vehicle and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to management.
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while promoting safe driving practices.

2. Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by coordinating delivery schedules with clients and addressing any delivery-related concerns or issues.
- Represent THEFUNEVENTS PTE. LTD. professionally and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and other team members.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including delivery notes, receipts, and any other relevant documentation.
- Report any incidents or accidents promptly and accurately to the management team.
- Assist management in generating necessary reports related to deliveries and inventory management.

4. Inventory Management:
- Participate in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse space by arranging the event equipment, supplies, and props properly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in delivery services, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore's road network and traffic regulations.
- Ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and other navigation tools.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Physically fit and capable of loading and unloading items, sometimes including heavy lifting.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work long hours, late evenings, and occasional weekends as per event schedules.
- Familiarity with the events industry is a plus.
