工作职责：
Associate
1. Collect and analyze data and information, conduct research, and write research summary/report;
2. Master skills in financial analysis, valuation, memo drafting, etc;
3. Handle some client meetings on matters related to deal executions;
4. Support coordination efforts in deal executions.
Analyst
1. Assist professionals in structuring and executing transactions;
2. Perform financial and statistical analysis;
3. Conduct research, prepare supporting documentation and assist in due diligence efforts;
4. Coordinate and utilize a variety of ancillary services, e.g., financial modeling, graphics, printing, library, computer services;
5. Assigned to a specific function or operate as part of an analyst pool supporting multiple functions.

Associate
1. Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values;
2. Entry level position for 2024 postgraduates or MBA;
3. Financial or Technical majors preferred;
4. Excellent academic achievement;
5. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin;
6. Strong passion for financial service industry.
