Job Description
Finance
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with financial service providers including bankers, accountants and tax advisors
● Prepare annual operating budget for the group
● Work with our accountants to prepare consolidated financial statements for the group
● Review and present annual financial statements to the board of directors
● Work with auditors to audit the books of the company
● Track operating expenses against operating budget
● Monitor and report on cash whenever necessary
● Review and report on accounting statements from the accountants monthly
● Take charge of all finance operations including but not limited to:
○ Set up bank accounts
○ Make bill payments
○ Make salary payments including CPF payments to the Govt.
○ Make director fee payments including filing and payment of withholding tax to the
Govt.
○ Arrange for TT forms to be signed by the right signatory
● Provide support for investment due diligence
● Other finance functions as needed

Compliance
● Review and keep a record of all engagement agreements
● Review and keep a record of all legal agreements including share certificates, investment
agreements (with support from lawyers), NDAs, etc.
● Provide support to our portfolio for all AML/KYC needs
● Cultivate and maintain relationships with legal and statutory professional service providers
● Take responsibility for all statutory reporting including AGM, financial reporting, etc. to the
Govt.
● Other compliance functions as needed


The Successful Applicant
● Have at least 5 years of relevant experience
● Well versed in financial statement analysis, accounting principles and financial terminologies
● Have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and liaise with
all levels of management.
● Have strong project management skills
● Be detail-oriented with excellent qualitative and quantitative skill sets
● Willingness to be exposed to and learn about different asset classes
● Maintain confidentiality at all times about important company information
