Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist Principal Building Surveyor and Senior Project Manager

Carry out building surveys and inspections.

To prepare documentation, coordination and liaison with respective clients, lawyers and other stakeholders.

To carry out research and development.

To execute project management and monitoring to bring projects to completion to Clients' satisfaction.

To maintain proper and update daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, attending to feedbacks, stages and status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, provisional quantities etc.

Require to prepare and compile photographic reports, submit required reports including daily task logs.

Attend all meetings relating to project and other duties as directed by Company from time to time. 

To prepare meetings and document minutes.

 

Required skills:

Able to work independently and in teams.

Essential to have good knowledge and experience in building and project management works.

Proficiency in MS Office and project, Autodesk Autocad.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
