About the Operations and Confirmations Analyst Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a role for an ambitious professional capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring trades, settlements and invoicing reports are processed accurately and punctually
• Producing and reviewing trade confirmations for clients and counterparties for vanilla and structured deals
• Performing reconciliation processes; identifying, investigating discrepancies and resolving or escalating as appropriate
• Working closely with international offices to support their operations when required
• Participating in Operational Improvement projects and testing processes on an ad hoc basis

To succeed in this Operations and Confirmations Analyst role, you should have prior relevant experience in trade operations. The right candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in trade operations or confirmations highly preferred
• An understanding of financial markets, particularly commodities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
