Roles & Responsibilities

• Involve in the project or maintenance services related with General Security Systems, Alarms Systems, CCTV Systems and networks, Access control systems and Server and Network infrastructure whenever required.
• Perform Installation, Implementation, Configuration and testing of system/storage equipment & setup
• Troubleshoot problems encountered on-site
• Perform OS hardening, patching and updating on servers/VM
• Develop implementation plan, migration plan and acceptance test plan for the project.
• Conduct acceptance test with users and address the testing findings/issues
• Work closely with Project/Maintenance Managers in planning the implementation tasks
• Maintain accurate and consistent set of work instructions and service delivery processes
• Develop As-built documentation for handover

Knowledge & Expertise

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Nitec, Diploma,
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Information Technology ) or equivalent
• Knowledge of networking and IP/TCP protocol
• In-depth knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and System Servers etc. will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience in security-related tasks such as OS tightening, patching and updating, virus scanning and CCTV knowledge will be an added advantage.
• IT Certification in windows system & storage, network, database, virtualization, cloud technologies will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude.
• Possess/Keen to take up Class 3 Driving License as the incumbent will be required to visit sites frequently
