Roles & Responsibilities

• Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets/GST) - Changi South - Up to $4200
• Location : East - Changi South (Company bus from Simei, Admiralty, Yishun)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4200 + Performance Bonus of Average 1-2 Month + 14 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Engineering & Construction

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts for month end & year end closing
• Prepare monthly accounts schedules
• Prepare financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
• Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
• Prepare management reports
• Budget planning
• Handle quarterly GST submission
• Tax and statutory audit compliance
• Assist in any adhoc reporting as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting with minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
• Ability to work independently and meticulously with high level of motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin.
